It depends on your shipping address. Orders processed will take 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You can select a delivery method as your preference during checkout.
Local self pick-up is not available at this time.

TOG is a measure of thermal resistance of a unit area, also known as thermal insulation. Our Kaiya Angel sleep sacks are given a TOG rating. Basically, the higher the TOG, the warmer the sleep sack. It is important for parents to pay attention to the TOG rating. Because babies are not capable to regulate their own temperature well. They need our support, especially newborns.
Kaiya Angel sacks are made by different TOG rating for different temperature. To help babies stabilize their body temperature, prevent babies from getting cold in an air-conditioned room. No risks of overheating. Highly recommended for all parents.

Kaiya Angel clothing are easy to maintain. You can machine wash warm on 30℃, and tumble dry low or hang dry naturally.
Do not wash your baby clothing with towels or other rougher items. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Ironing bottom plate maximum temperature 110℃.

1. Once your order has been confirmed via email, you cannot add or remove other items to it.
2. If you find that you have placed a wrong color or size, you can please kindly contact us through the Contact Us page for help. The Customer Service will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
Please note that requesting changes for your order is limited to the following guidelines; Changes can be possible if:
1. An order is still in processing and is on pre-packing stage.
2. No promotion has been applied on this order.
3. Order changes is applicable for SIZE and COLOR as long as they have the same prices.

1. The most common issue is an incorrect email address or the email get filtered as junk to your Junk-box in your email. Please kindly check the "junk mail/spam" folder.

1. To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is accurate when placing order.
2. For changing shipping address, you can contact our Customer Service. Please kindly note that:
A. Country can not be changed after placing an order. (As different country has different amount of free shipping fee.)
B. We can only help you modify your shipping address BEFORE PACKING.
3. If the order has already been shipped out. And you need to make changes on your address. We highly recommend you to track the package, find your local shipping courier and contact them for arrangements. Then they can help reroute the package to the new address.

Cancelling a Paid Order:
It depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately, if your order has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. After receiving it, you can either keep it or contact us to return. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

We’re happy to help with your return/exchange. Any product that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and has been purchased within the last 45 days is eligible for return.
Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.

do I have to pay for shipping?
There are two ways:
① you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 7.99 shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.
② you can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
Print the prepaid return shipping label, repack items into a box or mailer, and drop off at local post office. Please do this quickly as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your return items have been mailed.

Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind our products 100% and pride ourselves for having an amazing quality control team working hard to ensure the highest quality possible. However, there are some rare cases where a faulty item slips through.
We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 45 days from the date of purchase.
